This purse was a big hit at the Castro Street Fair in San Francisco, for several obvious reasons. First of all, the San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus is an institution, and I met many of its members that day who loved being made a fashion accessory (so to speak).

Of course, it was when they saw they'd been paired with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir that they really cracked up.

I mean no disrespect to gays or Mormons or gay Mormons, so let's not get political, but these two covers were meant to be together. They're like two halves of a whole - both about America, both featuring a picture of a U.S. landmark next to water; one east, one west; one dawn, one dusk; one right wing, one left; one yin, one yang; one Sonny, one Cher.

The purse measures 8" x 9" x 4" and includes vinyl handle, and bead and elastic closure.

It's all about resolving social issues through accessories!

SOLD!
